Affirmative Action Plans (AAP)

are required of some employers due to their work with the federal government. Certain dollar and minimum employee counts must be met. An Affirmative Action Plan is usually required to obtain or retain a federal contract and must be produced upon request. An affirmative action plan is a statistical analysis of hires, terminations, and promotions measured against a variety of demographics and recruiting outreach efforts. Goals are established for the coming year in areas that are underutilized. In conjunction with the AAP plan, we also compile and produce the EEO-1 report, VETS report, and other government reports that may be required.
