The Prism HR team is highly versed in multiple industries, have a minimum of ten years of experience in the HR field, and many hold advanced degrees and HR related certifications.
Prism HR was founded by Mary Beth Hartleb, who is the firm’s CEO. Actively involved and hands-on with clients, Mary Beth puts her thirty plus years of HR experience, advanced education, HR certifications, and law degree to work for you. Mary Beth strives to find creative solutions to help you attract and retain the best talent and create exceptional work environments.

Mary Beth’s career spans over thirty years in the human resources field working for Fortune 500 companies while developing human resource departments for smaller, entrepreneurial ventures. Experienced in various industries including gaming, restaurant, association management, education, cannabis, telecommunications, retail, broadcasting, manufacturing, engineering and non-profits, she founded PRISM HR Consulting -Global Management Group, LLC in 2003. Prism HR supports local, national and international companies in all areas of HR.
Mary Beth has taught as adjunct faculty at Upsala College, University of Phoenix, Roseman University, UNLV continuing education programs and HR certification preparatory classes. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Neon Museum, the Board of Directors and IMPAC for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and serves on the development committee for the National Atomic Testing Museum.
She was previously appointed by Governor Sandoval to the Board of Directors for the Nevada Workforce Investment Board, served as an Advisory Board Member for the MBA Executive Advisory Network and is a past Board Member for the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada.
In 2007, she was awarded the Woman In Business Champion award by the United States Small Business Administration. In 2010-2011; she assumed responsibility as State Council Director for the Society of Human Resource Management, having previously served as President of the Southern Nevada Human Resource Association. In 2010, In Business bestowed her with the Entrepreneur Award. In 2011, NAWBO awarded her the Entrepreneur of the Year Award. She was a finalist recipient of the Athena Award bestowed by the Women’s Chamber of Commerce and is inducted into their Hall of Fame.
Mary Beth earned a J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law, holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Credentials include the Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR-CA) designation from the SHRM and Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
