2020 Annual Minimum Wage Bulletin

Please see attached posting requirement for the minimum wage increase July 1 to $8.00/$9.00 per hour. Please review your minimum wage worker payroll and make the necessary adjustments effective July 1, 2020. Note that in Nevada, we have a two tier system dependent upon an employer offering a qualified health plan. If you do offer one, you may pay the lower tier rate. We also have daily overtime in Nevada. Employees who earn less than 1.5 times the minimum wage rate, $12/$13.50, are eligible for hours worked in excess of eight in a workday.
