Prism HR Launches “Live Well – Work Well” Services

Prism HR-Global Management Group, LLC is pleased to announce our new program, Live Well-Work Well™; an offering of new services complimenting the HR services, training and coaching offered through Prism HR the last fifteen years. This program differs from traditional wellness programs by empowering employees from within, developing self-motivation and providing the tools for employees to manage self-care while considering the environments in which an employee lives and works.

Without the tools to manage life changes, employees and companies suffer. Health issues, lack of sleep, poor nutrition, inability to manage stress or financial worries, and other life changing events such as marriage, divorce, caring for aging parents or experiencing a death and the subsequent grieving process often show up in the workplace as poor performance, low productivity, bad attitude, disengagement and absenteeism.

Through lifestyle coaching, mindfulness training, stress-reduction techniques, Reiki, yoga, Ayurveda – a 5,000 year-old body/mind health system that originated in India, and interior design services for residential and work spaces, we help you achieve work/life balance, better health, improved relationships and more energy. This allows for better focus and stress reduction while living and working in creative, peaceful, productive environments both at home and at work. Mary Beth refers to a balanced body, mind, soul and environment as Living the ‘A’ Life. ™

For the last five years, Mary Beth has studied with Deepak Chopra and many other instructors at the Chopra Center. She is a certified teacher in the Perfect Health-Ayurveda and Primordial Sound Meditation programs. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Reiki Master. Mary Beth conducts workshops and classes on a variety of topics including mindfulness, stress-reduction techniques and Ayurveda. Private coaching sessions are available in person, by video chat or phone.
